Goulburn Motorcycle Club

Goulburn Motor Cycle Club sits at 135 Speedway Road in Bradfordville, on the northern edge of Goulburn NSW, and is one of the oldest motorcycle clubs in the country — it was founded back in 1911. The club's roots are in road and general motorcycling, but the Speedway Road grounds have since been redeveloped into a dedicated dirt facility, the High View MX track, built to suit riders of every level rather than just the fast crowd. The block is rural and open, a short run off the Hume Highway, which makes it an easy stop for riders travelling between Sydney and Canberra. The club is openly family-friendly and says it caters for everyone from the humble beginner to world champions, from the sixteen-year-old schoolboy hotshot to veterans past eighty. It is run entirely by volunteers who maintain the track, run the ride days and organise events, and visitors are asked to look after the place and the people in it.
